MetricNet’s Mission is to be a trusted advisor, expert, and consultant to the Service and Support Industry. We will contribute to the industry by providing research, products, and services that enhance the community of Service and Support professionals.
Our target audience is Manager/Director and above in the Service and Support industry with spending power (IT Director, CIO, CTO etc.).

Please read entire brief. We consulted with a UI/UX expert and developed wireframes (attached), but we ultimately look to you for creative direction. Please do not feel that you must work within the wireframes provided. We are looking for a stylish modern website with a ‘Wow or Cool Factor”.

The overall objective is a modernization of MetricNet.com that will include graphic enhancements that are pleasing to the end user, convey power and authority and guide them to through the funnel. We are looking for a more engaging website, more time spent on site and more pages per visit. We intend to keep WordPress and existing infrastructure for membership. We will be migrating the shop from Magento to WordPress so all pages we’ve requested should be consistent.

Colors should convey power and authority. It should have a corporate professional look yet needs to be approachable, stylish and modern. Website needs to be an exciting experience. Our current website theme achieves professionalism with slate backgrounds and pops of color that match the colors in the logo, but it’s missing the wow factor.

We would like to show the sitemap in the footer so that user can easily find right page when they are on the bottom of the page.

A video explainer will be featured on the homepage so please bear that in mind when creating the design. We would like to incorporate it into the banner if at all possible.

Clients should be prominently featured on all pages. Above the fold on the home page if at all possible.

Please refer to wireframes. Each includes the required content blocks. If possible, please modify the logo slightly so the look and feel is consistent with the design. For example: If you opt for flat design, the logo should also be flat.

Please do not use a sidebar.

Our goals are as follows:

1. Increasing membership through free resource library
2. Increasing quote form completions for our benchmarking services
3. Boosting sales of digital downloads through our shop
4. Increasing webcast registrations through the webcast page
5. More visits, longer visits and more pages per visit.

At some point we will have explainer videos on high volume pages in addition to the home page (i.e. benchmarking solutions, resource library and shop). Once again, we look to you for creative direction.
