Avec ce logo il faudra par la suite réaliser : 2/ Carte de Visite recto / verso avec Photo !!! 3/ Panneaux d’affichage pour les biens (à vendre, à louer, local disponible, Dèjà Loué, D’jà Vendu) Objectif : - Devenir la référence visuelle de l’activité - Devenir le leader national de l’activité Je souhaite également me concentrer sur la typographie du logo plutôt que sur un petit dessin La typo doit donc être forte, haut de gamme, lisible, accrocher l’oeil Simple, efficace, qui inspire la confiance même le respect C’est l’image que je veux donner et j’ai également besoin d’être vite ... Mon objectif est de devenir leader de l’activité !! Donc pour y arriver : « Il me faut ce SUPER LOGO :-) » Le Site : ... et ... Had opportunity to rework this little fella to match client business. Used line art to combine house and location pin for Imapura, property search engine. Pretty satisfied with end result.

Slab serif monogram
Monogram logo for real estate investors, done in classic slab serif style yet with modern appearance. Working on three letter monogram is always a daunting task, so I love how this one turned out. Straight and blocky letters with uniform line thickness are merged and interconnected in such fashion that overall icon perfectly fits the square, and all letters are easily readable without putting too much strain on the eye. This compact icon paired with modern font, features bold black and red colors rounding this design as one timeless brand carrier.

Modular and responsive wordmark

Final and approved logo design for a real estate investment and development company of the new era, focused on multifamily housing for the millennials. Breaking the mold of whats common in real estate world, this custom and unique wordmark is built on simple and blocky letters, which in returns makes this design so modular and responsive. Minimalistic letter form that is still clearly readable is allowing this wordmark to be aranged in a number of layouts, each carrying same unmistakable recognition and unique look.

Real estate branding redesign
With a new concept, changing the face that traditional real estate agents normally look like, Maison Global is established company based in Sydney, looking to redesign their branding to be more in line with the new business model. After a few concepts tried, we settled on this modern and abstract monogram. Diamond-like isometric facets are forming letter M inside this 3D wireframe, featuring mesmerising Bondi Beach colors. Paired with modern lettering in dark charcoal shade, this logo pops from the page and is easy to remember, while managing to escape the obvious in the industry, which both me and clients liked.
