And then… they selected a winner!
Client review
The work art was good and exactly what we asked for after multiple revisions - no complaints on the artwork itself.
However, after the artist was selected, he tried to withhold downloading the "final" files until I left him a review of his work on his profile for others to see. He sent two messages saying he would upload the final files after I completed the review. When I informed him that 1) I was not able to leave a review on his profile; and 2) It was not a requirement of the contract for me to leave a review and withholding the files would be in violation of the contract - he promptly uploaded the files.
Other than this hiccup, no complaints.
