The target customer is primarily someone who is health conscience and is looking for premium ... Basically your average Wholefoods ... Though we would also like to appeal to your traditional hellmen's mayonnaise ... We'd like the logo to let the customer know what the product is and what it looks ... Basically that it's "mayonnaise" not ... Which is a very important distinction, and challenge; most people just equate avocado to ... And the "e" has an accent over it (Avèyo). Thank you! :)
