Logo should contain a cat, hedgehog or something abstract and word "Artezan" or "Browar Artezan" ("Brewery Artezan" in polish) with a focus on "Artezan", be quite simple, light and optimistic. Look at Flying Dog, BrewDog, De Molen, De Dolle.
