We are looking for a new graphic/design for the back of our tshirts. We are a construction company that uses HDD directional drills, backhoes, trackhoes, etc. We would like to somehow incorporate an american flag with it. Something simple, modern, but still "cool" if that makes sense. What I am attaching is our logo and what is currently on the back of our shirts now. It does need to be pretty simple as we now have to wear HiVis shirts which leaves limited space for our logo. Thank you!

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
