Then looking for some references including new year's quotes, and I found a quote by Edith Lovejoy Pierce, ''We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day\".
Which brings me to the main idea of the illustration I made, with a woman standing-opening the door of a large book, where 'we will put words on them ourselves'. The books below describe the years she has gone through, and the books behind the main book which are still standing are illustrations for the years to come.
New year, same dreams, fresh starts.

Design on each bookmark is divided into two sides, the main side showing the illustration and the quote, and the reverse side are with beautiful lines, specially made different for each bookmark.
