"Hello, I hope you are doing well. I have been working with this client for a period, and he was always satisfied with the projects I delivered. We have records of conversations confirming his full satisfaction. However, in the last project, we had a dispute, and I decided not to complete it. After that, the client went back and left negative reviews on previous projects, even though he had originally approved them and was fully satisfied. It seems that these reviews were given out of retaliation due to our disagreement on the last project rather than reflecting the actual quality of the work.Best regards, GreenBoys"
